Return Window We accept returns within 10 days from the date of receipt or tracking confirmation.
We only accept returns if: • A wrong item has been delivered • The item is damaged or defective
To be eligible for a return: • The product must be unused and in its original packaging • The item must be in the same condition as you received it • The original invoice must be included
How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please email us at hello@theorangebloom.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9211308022 within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to mention your order number and the reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll be required to ship the item back to our warehouse along with the original invoice. Please note that the return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, kindly return the original product and place a new order through our website.
Refunds After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original method of payment.
Please note: • Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are non-refundable • International returns are not accepted at this time unless the item is received in a damaged or defective condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
